Team coaching helps your executive/management team identify patterns and work together more effectively. I provide customized guidance to strengthen team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and create a positive work environment. Together, we ensure that each team member optimally contributes to the success of the whole.

Approach to team coaching

My approach is rooted in my training at INSEAD in psychodynamic coaching, combined with over 20 years of experience in various coaching methodologies. This allows me to draw from a wide range of approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual and team. I strongly believe in adapting my approach to the specific context, dynamics, and goals of each team I work with. This means I am flexible and use different tools and techniques to achieve the desired result.

 

A team coaching process begins with an introduction. We discuss the current state of the team, potential dilemmas in collaboration or communication, and whether I can assist the team. I then observe a team meeting. Our follow-up is tailored to the team's needs.

 

A team coaching process preferably starts with an observation, followed by a psychometric instrument to map team dynamics, and then 2 physical or virtual workshop days. The basic investment is €7,200 (maximum of 8 participants).
